Eye Care Practice
Eye care practices we offer are a natural way to improve vision related issues which many a times stem from routine patterns of sitting in front of computers, televisions, phones etc.
Benefits :

- Helps relieve eye strain from prolonged exposure to computers, bringing relaxation to eyes
- Recommended for those with Myopia and Hypermetropia
Pre-requisites
Must have taken Any 1 Hatha yoga program – Upa yoga/Angamardana/ Yogasanas/ Surya Kriya
Eye care practices need to be done along with a Hatha yoga practice – Upa yoga (or) Surya kriya (or) Angamardana (or) Yogasanas. You can signup for these programs from the website.
Session Structure , format and time
- October 19th and 20th – 7 to 8:30 am
- Both sessions are mandatory
Note : The studio is located in a mall and it has paid parking for vehicles.
