Children’s Angamardana program
Children will be introduced to the 4 sets of processes as a part of Angamardana , Pranayam and AUM chanting.
A series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It needs no fitness equipment.

This yoga program for children introduces them to some simple life enhancing practices that help them blossom to their natural potential. Yoga is most relevant in the present times where the kids are expected to perform at an early age and have to live with the competitive nature of everything around. These simple practices root them to their original nature. It helps them walk through life with much more ease and joy.
On regular practice, one can observe an increase in memory, concentration and focus. These practices help in bringing physical strength, fitness, tenacity, builds strength in the spine, the joints, organs within. These practices have been designed by Sadhguru, founder of Isha Foundation.

Things to Note
5 day workshop, 1hr 45 mins per day. (For kids over 8 years)
This is followed by twice a week guided practice sessions
All the sessions are mandatory
Come in empty stomach condition (2.5 hrs after a full meal, 1 hr after beverage)
Limited seats are available and pre-registration is required.
Please bring your own yoga mat for the session.
We will be following up this with once a week guided angamardana practice for kids for a month
