Yogasanas – Align with the divine! (With guided practice sessions)
The word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction.
Practicing asanas naturally creates a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance.

1. The first few sessions mentioned in the date section are mandatory to attend
2. Please come in empty stomach condition
3. Bring your own yoga mat

Session Structure , format and time .
- July 11th to 14th, 6 to 9 am (Mandatory attendance)
- Regular guided sessions (for 3 more weeks) : every Mon. Tues, Thurs
