Hatha Yoga Teacher

Swathi

Swathi completed her teacher training in the year 2015. Prior to that she was a software engineer working with Hewlett packard Enterprise. Seeing the impact that yoga brought in her life she decided to invest her time and energy to learn and teach Classical Hatha Yoga that could touch and transform the lives of people in a significant way.

She has taught corporate programs, group classes, private programs, programs in schools, group classes at Isha center, Bangalore over the past 7 years. She aims to bring this ancient science in and impact that simple yogic practices can have in our day to day lives to many more people.

Navya

Before becoming a Hatha yoga teacher, Navya was an engineer with a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California, LA. During her time working in California, Navya was introduced to the Isha Foundation and Sadhguru by very active and dedicated volunteers there. It was a much-needed direction at the right time for her.

Upon returning to Bangalore, she first enrolled in the Inner Engineering program in December 2018, where Sadhguru himself initiated them into the practice. It was an experience unlike anything she had encountered before. The changes were very subtle but impactful. Her focus and clarity of thoughts improved, and in terms of her health, she noticed her hormonal imbalance stabilizing.

Motivated by her newfound transformation, Navya began exploring Hatha yoga programs, which enhanced her life in all aspects. She also observed that the classical yoga form are not very common these days and recognized the importance of preserving its purity. Inspired by this, Navya felt a strong desire to offer the tools of transformation to as many people as she could and contribute to Sadhguru’s Conscious Planet vision.
