Angamardana – The yogic gym!
A series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It needs no fitness equipment.

Things to note
1. All the sessions are mandatory
2. Please bring your own yoga mat
3. Come in empty stomach condition (4 hours after full meal, 2.5 hours after light snack, 1.5 hours after beverage)
4. Please be seated 5 minutes before the session starts
5. The studio is located in Park Square mall. There is paid parking available.
There are no pre-requisites for the program. Even a beginner can learn and practice. Practice will be taught in an elaborate way, corrections and the right way to practice will be taught along with focus in breath. Participants will be able to continue and do it at home by themselves once the program is over.

Session Structure , format and time .
- July 25 to 28 : 6:30 to 830 am (Mandatory attendance)
- June 29th onwards, for the next 3 weeks Every Tue, Wed, Thurs (After the first 3 days of program) : 6 to 7 am. (Practice sessions) (or)
Please note that first 4 sessions are mandatory to attend.
Post this, you will continue with our practice batch in the morning from 6:30 to 7.40am
Note : The studio is located in a mall and it has paid parking for vehicles.
