SUMMARY:Yoga Ritu – Children’s online yoga and chanting sessions
DESCRIPTION:We bring you children’s yoga and chanting sessions spread 3 weeks, 5 sessions a week on weekdays. Children will be taught and guided through Upa yoga practices to activate the joints, muscles and energy system and relieve lethargy. These practices will also bring balance to the body and mind, enhance immunity and alleviate any psychological disturbances (fears, nightmares, anxiety etc) .
